省涉外收养中心大厅内欢声笑语，热闹非凡

话说这么热闹是在干什么呢？

快和小编一起去看看！

当天，来自瑞典的6个外国收养家庭、8个孩子一行22人在省涉外收养中心开展寻根回访活动。

不过说到涉外收养，小编又要来跟大家科普一下了！

涉外收养有广义和狭义之分。广义的涉外收养，是指含有涉外因素的收养，即在收养人与被收养人之间至少有一方为外国人。狭义的涉外收养，是指外国人或无国籍人在中华人民共和国境内收养中国公民的子女。

好了，说回正题，此次来寻根回访的被收养儿童分别来自我省大冶市、汉川市、洪湖市等社会福利院，她们年龄相仿，约为11岁。

在中心工作人员的热情接待下，他们参观了中心办公室、登记室、档案室，了解了涉外收养登记流程，回顾了当年办理收养登记时的场景，查阅了收养登记时的登记资料，当涉外收养家庭和孩子们看到他们当年办理收养登记时申请书上留下的手印、照片及“小脚丫”时，充满惊奇和惊喜，连声感叹此次回访非常有意义。

SvenJoan先生代表收养家庭说：“通过回访湖北省涉外收养中心，让收养家庭重温了过去，让孩子们真正了解了自己，认识了自己，明白了自己的根在哪里，促进了家庭和谐”。同时对中心工作人员的热情接待表示高度赞扬。

今年以来

湖北省涉外收养中心狠抓标准化建设，严格遵守外事纪律，严格回访接待审批程序，指导儿童福利机构丰富活动内容，督促福利机构规范开展寻根回访接待工作，促进全省寻根回访接待工作规范化、标准化。
